![]() ![]() So! Interested to know if any other poor old tossed off UVersers out there are watching Showtime ANYTIME (the streaming sevice/app.not just regular Showtime - that's working. I selected Apple TV, entered the activation code and was in. I talked to a manager in the foreign office yesterday who was interested enough in why this is happening that he opened a ticket to send "to the back office" and assured me he WILL solve this mystery. Instead of going to I went into the SA app on my iPad - theres an option for activating devices there. But I recently saw other forum messages on the same issue dating back from 4 months to 4 years, so I am ANGRY! I believe this is a UVERSE issue not happening with Direct TV. It COMES WITH THE U300 PACKAGE!! This has actually been going on for a long time, but I've been told so many different things by different Customer Svc Reps that I just give up and forget about it most of the time. Does anyone else have Showtime but are unable to access Showtime Anytime? I have the app, but no matter HOW I try to do the activate device process, I get an error saying I don't subscribe to Showtime. Customer Svc in totally unaware of my issue.
